A nomination / election package was emailed out to all DPAC Representatives & PAC Chairs and contained the following information:

• DPAC Nominations Letter  (letter from Claude Hrycaiko - Nominations Committee Chair)
• DPAC Policy #102 -Conflict of Interest & Perceived Bias
• DPAC Policy #106 - Executive Nominations (Disclosure Form & Nomination Form)
• DPAC Election of Executive Officers & Position Descriptions

Nominations can be made from the floor at the Annual General Meeting (Wednesday, May 26/10) provided the candidate has completed nomination & disclosure forms (Policy #106) and can submit them at time of nomination.

If you wish to run for a position it is much preferable that you submit your forms to the DPAC Office prior to the AGM on May 26th.  Completed forms can be scanned & sent via email to dpac43@telus.net or faxed (604-939-3695) to our office.
